Are your Sims Dumb?

I am still working on cracking the code on Education:(

Here is what I have so far...

Why should your Sims be smart?

Smart Sims:

1. Use less Water and Power
2. They produce less waste and more recyclables
3. They wont turn to crime so easy
4. They don't start as many fires
5. They stay healthy longer

So how do I get smart Sims???

Start teaching them early!!!! One of the first buildings you build in your new city should be a Grade School.
Remember just because you drop a School down it wont make a difference right away... It takes time for your Sims to learn.

I have several cities running now testing this and here is what I have so far.

You need 1 or 2 Libraries, 2 Grade Schools, 1 High School and a Community College.

I have a city with 8 Grade Schools and everything listed above and they are at the same education level; so don't waste your cash on too many schools.

With the listed setup I can get a "4 cap" rating.

I am adding a University next to see if I can get that 5th cap!!! Wish me luck.

Remember Education level is not the same as your tech level.
